Christmas Event at the Hilton |

|
This year, at the Siountri School of Foreign Languages, as a result of the enthusiasm displayed by our young (and slightly older) students, we have decided to make them the protagonists of a truly special holiday celebration. This Sunday, 20 December 2009, 15:00 to 18:00, at the Hilton Hotel, Athens, the holiday celebration of the Siountri School of Foreign Languages will take place.
With the participation of approximately 100 of our talented students and teachers, Christmas Carols will be sung and poems recited in English, French, Swedish, Russian and German. Parents, relatives and friends will be able to enjoy skits taken from known theatrical works, interpretations of Christmas fairytales, speeches, projections and New Year’s customs as experienced by the German, French and Spanish traditions.
In this year’s event, the talents of our students will unfold in the areas of acting, song, art, writing, even cooking! All of the above and much, much more are the result of our school’s personal conviction that the learning of a foreign language is not something done in a sterile and un-nurturing environment by memorizing rules and churning out exercises. Learning a language at the Siountri School of Foreign Languages is achieved by living it and enjoying contact with the customs, culture and traditions of each country.
The Siountri School of Foreign Languages has an active and powerful presence in the education industry for over 25 years. Our exceptionally-qualified teachers and staff, with relevant and timely teaching experience, is made up entirely of degree-holding professional educators whose native language is the language they teach, or by educators holding the relevant literature degree in the language they teach. Our multilateral approach to teaching and education transforms your lesson into a complete study of culture and communication.
