Amaryllis holds a degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Athens. She also acquired a title in general translation (Diploma in Translation Studies) after attending a two-year program in general translation and post-graduate translation (Master of Arts in Translation) from the Hellenic American University. She has many years of English-teaching experience at all levels and is associated with the Hellenic American Union as an examiner for the Michigan Exams. Amaryllis is always updating her qualifications, having attended many seminars with regard to teaching a foreign language and always keeping up on any developments in her field of study. In her free time, she accepts translation work, not only in English, but also in Italian and German.
